Melamine impregnated paper is widely used in home decoration, and we require its quality when using it. So, what are the effects of temperature on it during production and processing, and how can we avoid it being affected during processing.

The bonding of melamine impregnated paper is the process of applying glue to a single board to form a slab. Under certain temperature and pressure, the glue layer is cured and bonded together to firmly bond the single boards. Generally, a temperature higher than the curing temperature of the glue layer is used to shorten the hot pressing cycle. If the thin melamine impregnated paper and the number of sheets per grid are small, a relatively high temperature can be adopted. But in order to prevent bubbling during the pressure relief process, a slightly lower temperature is often required. During normal transportation and storage, it should be avoided to place the product in places with extremely high temperatures to prevent the external environment from affecting the quality of the product.

Of course, when using it, we should also pay attention to maintaining it according to different usage environments, because it will be affected by different environments during use. Proper maintenance is necessary to ensure its effectiveness and extend its service life.
